Brother of Thad, seems to be involved in some of the shadier aspects of the Jorgenson’s smiting business. We found him in the tunnels below the city and chased him into the basement of a bar. We don’t know exactly what he was doing down there but its possible that he was selling weapons illegally to the guards.
Brad previously screwed over Thad in some business deal that the two of them had started together, a fair bit of bad blood remains.
