Police of the kingdom, they guard cities, protect caravans and do general police work. Based on the cells we stumbled onto in the Tunnels they (or maybe more specifically the crown itself) are in into some pretty heinous below board stuff. Steve seemed to be a member before losing his memory.

Unknown, presumably they have a publicly known guard house in Keya that we haven’t encountered. They also seem to do some operations in the Tunnels under the city. We also stumbled upon a prison of some sort that is connected to the tunnels, Steve had a reaction to this area which implies that it is connected to the Guard in some way, but it’s exact purpose is unknown.
