Summary:
Davestar is a member of a shadowy assassin organization, The Black Hand. He was created by them using Davey star as a template and as such the two look exactly the same and share some abilities, such as wild shape. The ritual that created him gave him extensive other abilities (and gave Davey blindsight in the process) and Davestar has used these to become the most accomplished weapon of the organization. A being of immensely dark and lethal powers, he is emblematic of the fear the Black Hand commands
